How long have you been holding your event?: Since 2005
How has your event grown over the years?:
We have seen continual growth in attendance and dollars raised.
Do you set fundraising goals for each successive event?:
We set a goal to raise $10,000 each year.
How much have you raised to date?:
Over $80,000.
What motivates you to organize Bunco for Breast Cancer events?:
Our committee is motivated by our loved ones who have already been impacted by this disease and our desire to change impact for future generations.
Do you have a personal connection to the cause?:
My Sister is a breast cancer survivor.
Do you have any words of wisdom for first-time event organizers?:
Make sure it is fun and uplifting.
To what extent does The Breast Cancer Research Foundation figure in your decision to hold a Bunco for Breast Cancer event?:
We selected The Foundation because of thier focus on research and amount of each dollar spent on research intiatives.
